Title: WW Fettuccine Supreme

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2cRicotta cheese; part skim
1/4cMilk; skim
1 Margarine;1 T plus 1 t
3ozProsciutto ham, diced
1 Garlic; clove, minced
1cBroccoli; cooked, chopped
2cFettucine; cooked
1ozCheese; Parmesan, grated
1 Pepper; dash of white
2tbParsley; chopped fresh

In blender container combine ricotta cheese and milk and process until smooth; set aside. In 9-inch skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add prosciutto and garlic and saute until garlic is golden, about 1 minute. Add broccoli and cheese mixture and cook over medium heat until sauce begins to bubble. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients except parsley; cook, stirring and tossing gently, until fettucine is thoroughly coated with sauce. Serve sprinkled with parsley. EACH SERVING PROVIDES: ~1 1/2 p, 1 B, 1/2 V, 1 F, 5 calories optional. Per serving: 267 calories; 17 g protein; 12 g fat; 24 g carbohydrate; 238 mg calcium; 424 mg sodium; 59 mg cholesterol.
